Performance Marketing Manager – FinTech - €60,000 – Berlin
Brand Partners have just taken on a new vacancy with a very cool FinTech business based in the heart of Berlin!
This business is privately owned and due to a long period of sustained success, is now profitable and looking to grow further. The company founders believe in organic growth and feel that now is the right time to invest more heavily in Marketing.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of Performance Marketing channels, either Google Ads or Paid Social however preferably both. You will also have a strong understanding of GTM and speak English to a C2 level.
The Role:
As a Performance Marketing Manager you will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing who is currently responsible for most of the Performance Marketing efforts. You will fully own the Performance Marketing strategy as well as a 5-6 figure monthly ad spend. The company run campaigns internationally and so you will have a broad global remit. The Head of Marketing is quite technical and data driven and will expect you to take responsibility for tracking and analytics.
Key Skills Required:
Must have 2+ years experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads or both
You speak English to a C2 level
Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Data driven and analytical mindset
