Performance Marketing Manager - €65k+Bonus – Berlin – Marketplace
Brand Partners have just partnered with one of the fastest growing Marketplaces in Europe. This company have established themselves in over 11 countries around the world and has recently launched in the German Market. The business is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Performance Marketer to help scale their German speaking Markets and fully own all Performance Marketing channels. You must speak German to a C2 or native level.
The Role:
As the Performance Marketing Manager for Germany, you will be responsible for managing and optimising existing campaigns as well as experimenting and testing with new potential platforms and channels. Currently, 70% of the company’s ad spend is on Google however both Meta and TikTok are also performing well for this business. In terms of budgets, you will be responsible for a 7 figure annual spend. You will report to the Country Manager as well as the Head of Global Performance Marketing and will work closely with both on Performance Marketing strategy.
Key Skills Required:
You must have 3+ years experience in SEA / Google Ads
You speak German to a C2 or native level
Solid Paid Social experience
Must be data driven and analytical
Forward thinking with a passion for testing
