Senior Performance Marketing Manager – €75k - EduTech – Berlin
Brand Partners are exclusively partnered with a hypergrowth EduTech business who are on a mission to educate the younger generation across the DACH region and beyond!
This company with a head office in the heart of Berlin recently received a significant amount of private and state funding to help scale their innovative business. Due to recent investment the company is looking to bring a lot of its marketing efforts in-house. The next hire for the business is a Senior Performance Marketer with lots of ideas around Lead Generation and customer acquisition.
The Role:
As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager you will have a broad remit, working across Paid Search (Google Ads) and Paid Social (Meta and TikTok). You will be responsible for both the Performance Marketing strategy as well as the hands on implementation of campaigns.
You will be working with an in-house design / content team however you will be occasionally required to come up with creative strategy ideas and brief the team on your vison.
In terms of budgets, the company is spending 5-6 figures per month and currently run campaigns across the DACH region however there are plans to scale the business across Europe!
Key Skills Required:
- You must have 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong experience across both Search and Social
- You are both creative and analytical
- Good GTM is highly desirable
- Must speak German to a C2 or native level
