Senior Performance Marketing Manager – SaaS/B2B - €65-€80k – Berlin
Brand Partners has just partnered exclusively with a very exciting AI SaaS business in the B2B space!
This company have tripled their headcount over the past 18 months and is currently in a very exciting stage of its growth. Their product is extremely innovative and attracting lots of attention across the sector.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a broad understanding of Paid / Performance Marketing channels, including Paid Search, Social platforms and Display. You will also have a background working in B2B / SaaS businesses.
The Role:
As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the CMO and Founder and work in a team of 3 other Marketers. You will be responsible for the company’s Performance Marketing strategy as well as the hands-on operational optimisation of the campaigns.
This company is looking to grow its Lead Generation and so you will have the opportunity to test and experiment with new channels. Currently, an agency is managing the SEA / Google Ads however you will look to bring this channel in-house.
There is a clear path for this role to become a Team Lead quite quickly.
Key Skills Required:
3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Display
You speak German to a native or C2 level
You have prior experience in a B2B / SaaS company
