Head of Marketing – B2B / SAAS – €100k + ESOPS - Hamburg
Brand Partners have just become the exclusive talent partner of one of Germany’s most exciting SAAS businesses!
This company is backed by some of the most well-recognised VC’s in the world. After just securing a substantial amount of investment through its recent funding round, this business is now looking to scale its Marketing efforts!
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background B2B, SAAS or Lead Generation and have a broad knowledge across Brand and Performance Marketing channels.
The Role
As the Head of Marketing you will be reporting directly to the company’s Chief Revenue Officer and you will be responsible for the company’s overall Marketing strategy. You will have a 7-figure annual Marketing spend and will be directly responsible for managing a team of 5 people. Due to recent investment, the company aim to grow their marketing team to at least 10 people before the end of 2024. As a SAAS business, your key performance indicators will be to drive free trials and demo sign-ups. You will also lead an international expansion as the company look to grow their global markets in 2025.
Key Skills Required:
You must have 5+ years of experience in Online Marketing
You have a strong understanding of B2B, SAAS or Lead Gen businesses
You have led teams of at least 3 people
You speak German to a C2 level
Experience working in a scale-up business is highly desireable
