Director of Growth – Remote (EU) – SaaS - €120k + ESOPs
Brand Partners has just taken on a new role with one of the fastest growing Edu-Tech companies in Europe!
Having recently secured a substantial series B funding round, this company are investing heavily in their marketing and technology departments and are looking for Growth expert to help take them to the next level! The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in the B2B / SaaS space, a strong Performance / Growth Marketing background and will have worked in a similar scale-up environment.
The Role:
As Director of Growth, you will report directly to the VP of global Marketing and be responsible for a team of 5 Marketing and Growth experts. This team includes Performance Marketing specialists, Marketing Automation, Analytics and CRO. In terms Marketing spend, this business has a high 6-figure monthly budget of which you will be strategically responsible. As a B2B SaaS business, Google Ads and LinkedIn are of course the main Paid channels for the brand however they are looking for you to futher test and develop new marketing opportunities for the business. Finally, you will have significant financial resources available to scale the team.
Key Skills Required:
You must have experience working in start-up / scale-up environments
You have a proven track record of taking brands to the next level
You have 5+ years of experience leading and growing teams
You have a strong understanding of B2B / SaaS businesses
You speak fluent English
