SEA Team Lead - €70k-€80k – Munich – Independent Agency
Brand Partners have just become the exclusive talent partner of an extremely fast-growing independent Marketing agency based in Munich! This agency has a great reputation working with some very well-known clients across a range of industries. Due to continued success and new client acquisition, the PPC / SEA team is growing and they need someone to lead it!
The Role:
As the SEA Team Lead, you will report directly to the CEO of the agency and will be responsible for managing a team of 2-3 SEA professionals. Your role will largely consist of leadership tasks, ensuring that your team is performing for clients but more importantly, making sure that the team is happy and motivated. You will also be the face of the agency to some larger clients and potentially be involved in new business pitches.
Key Skills Required:
Agency experience is essential
Strong knowledge / experience in SEA / PPC / Google Ads
You have experience managing or mentoring
Strong client communication skills
You speak German to a C1 or native level
