Influencer Marketing Team Lead - €75k – Berlin – Nutrition
Brand Partners has just become the exclusive talent partner for one of Germany’s coolest sustainable plant-based food businesses! If you are passionate about food, health, sustainability and plant-based living, this is the role for you! The perfect candidate for this role will have very strong ecommerce experience and ideally people management skills.
The Role:
As a Team Lead for Influencer Marketing you will be reporting directly to the the company founder and will own the entire Influencer Marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing one junior and will have the resources available to recruit and grow your team. The role will be a mix of hands-off strategy as well as getting involved in developing new influencer partnerships, contract negotiation and performance tracking. Influencer Marketing is very much a Performance channel in this business as opposed to a branding exercise.
Key Skills Required:
- 3+ years experience working in Influencer Marketing
- You have a strong background in ecommerce
- Experience in a leadership role would be highly desirable
- You speak fluent English and German to a C2 level
- You have a data-driven and analytical approach to Influencer Marketing
