Head of Growth - €80k-€100k – LegalTech – Berlin
Brand Partners have just become exclusive talent partners with one of Europe’s coolest LegalTech businesses!
This company is growing internationally and is looking to expand its business into the German market. To do this, they are looking to hire an expert in growth Marketing for B2B businesses. The ideal candidate for this role will come from a Paid / Performance Marketing background but with a broad understanding of all Growth channels!
The Role
As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be reporting directly to C-level and will have full ownership of the company’s Marketing strategy and performance. You will be responsible for managing a small team however will also have resources available to hire additional team members or freelancers if required. The primary channels used are Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads although you will be expected to experiment across a range of other Growth channels. Whilst this is a senior leadership position, you will be expected to be hands-on whilst building out the marketing team and infrastructure.
Key Skills Required:
- 5+ years experience in Growth / Performance Marketing
- You must be an expert in B2B Marketing
- You come from a Paid Marketing background
- You have experience in growing teams
- You speak German to a C1+ level
